141 E Trinity Pl - steadily working

Every week on this project seems to carry its own set of small battles. The biggest one lately was cutting in the new doors between the elevator vestibule and the main entrances — a task that sounded simple on paper but turned into a careful, time-consuming process once we started. Working around existing walls and steel meant precision and patience, and it slowed the pace more than expected.

Beyond that, much of the recent work has been about steady progress — coordinating inspections, keeping trades lined up, and staying ahead of the schedule wherever possible. There’s no single dramatic hurdle, just the quiet grind of a complex build where every inch has to fit perfectly with the next.

Still, each challenge shapes the character of the place.
